Mail-Center.com does not take lightly the sending of junk email (aka "Spam") through our system. The TERMS OF SERVICE strictly forbids sending unsolicited email and we terminate all reported accounts that are in violation of the TERMS OF SERVICE. If you do receive unsolicited email, originating from Mail-Center.com, report it to postmaster@Mail-Center.com Remember to include a complete copy of the message, including the full message headers.

You also have the protection with our Filters feature that allows you to reject mail from any address. Filters guard your Inbox against unsolicited email, generally known as Spam or bulk mail. Mail-Center.com also utilizes a DNS based Blacklisting feature as an additional guard against spam. This feature is already enabled for all users and does not require any configuration.

Yes, your total message size may be up to 30MB. If you are using WebMail, your web browser may limit you further.

GIF and JPEG images and HTML files are automatically displayed inside your email message when the WebMail interface is used. Attachments can be downloaded to your computer by clicking them. When a standard POP3 or IMAP4 email program is used your results will vary depending on that particular program's features.

Yes. Several PDA's can access email via the IMAP4 protocal. The program settings are the same as POP3 settings.

Yes. Once you are logged in, click on "Filters" in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on the check box labeled, Redirect All Mail to and enter the addresses you want your mail forwarded to, separated by commas (illustrated below). Then click on the Update button.

Yes. You can retrieve messages from up to five POP email accounts (not yahoo mail, hotmail, etc.). You can check email from your company, ISP or school address and your Mail-Center.com account-all in one convenient location. This feature is accessible via the WebMail interface (illustrated below), and effects your entire mail service. Click on External Mail in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
